Hey guys, I'm really happy to have found this forum as I am very interested in trying to brew some cider at home.
I live right next to an orchard and the apples are probably going to be picked within the next few weeks.
I am totally new to brewing and would like some pointers on how to start.
I'm looking forward to hearing from some cider lovers to steer me in the right direction.

Just substitute fresh juice. I always keep some of this on hand.
