Hi y'all...new homebrewer as of January, on the north side of Houston.
I lurked for a while before joining up and am really grateful for the expertise by so many; it's helped me alrady be a better homebrewer at this early juncture.
I'm from WI originally (Milwaukee) so beer has been a way of life since I was hatched.
Happy to be here and finally taking the plunge. I had talked about homebrewing for a long time and my wife (my awesome wonderful kickass wife!!) surprised me for Christmas with a starter kit. So far, I've made a dirty blonde APA and just bottled my second batch this week, a really big IPA. #3 is a porter that's happening tonight.
