Hello Everyone,
I am extremely excited to have found this forum! Brewing at home has been an interest of mine for some time now, but just recently I made the decision to dive in. I will hopefully be having my first brew day in the next two weeks.

So cheers to you all, who are willing to share your experiences, mistakes, tips and tricks. Your generosity of information will make my brewing experiences so much easier! :mug:

Hello, just did my first brew day yesterday (10-27) like someone told me. Make sure you have everything you need and lay it all out. Make a to do list and check it off as you go. Make sure you have plenty of room. I boiled outside. That made things a lot better ( happy wife, happy life) had 2 minor boil overs, make sure you clean them up ASAP. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
