Hello all.
My husband has actually been brewing for about a year now and I have helped him here and there with some of his batches but not really doing anything of significance. So I've decided to start learning more about brewing so that it is something fun that we can do together and because I have enjoyed helping him and think it would be great if I can maybe even do some of my own brews. He recently helped me with a Red Hook ESB clone so lets hope it turned out okay because it was the first one where I was really responsible for performing all the important steps.
