Hi all! I'm sure I'm one of many Denverites on the forums. A friend of mine recently asked for my help to brew some beer and he kinda got me hooked.

We did a couple 5 gallon brews. A pale ale that turned out, meh, and a porter that's actually quite good and getting better the more weeks it stays in a bottle.

On my own, I'm doing 1 gallon batches, since they're just super easy to do. They don't take all day to brew, and the equipment is cheap. I made a couple batches with extracts that weren't very good, and my first all-grain is in the fermenter.

I look forward to conversing with y'all.

Welcome. I'm down south in Pueblo. I too started with extract kits. Follow the link in my signature to see where that led me. :)
