I got sucked into how easy it was going to be to make hard cider in those pre-filled 1 gal carboys. The cider is bottled, the stout is ready to be racked onto cranberries, and the cyser is slowly bubbling away in the closet.
I forsee many a hangover where I'm cursing myself for making such good beer!!
