Hello everyone. Always wanted to brew my own stuf. Got a starter kit for Christmas, did some research on the Internet, and here I am! There's so many things I want to try, this seems like it could be a black hole lol. I'll be brewing my first batch of apfelwein tomorrow. My local home brew supply store is closed Sunday and Monday so I'm gonna stop by and pick up another Carboy or two.
