Salutations!
Retired two years ago, 32 years as a firefighter, over 40 as an EMT, paramedic, etc etc....
Enjoying retirement. I've been a winemaker for many years, recently added more beermaking to the mix. Planning on a keezer build shortly, have been kegging and ready to start my fifth batch in a few days... Happily brewed a nice stout, brown ale, vanilla porter and have a nice cream ale in the fermenter. Next up is a russian stout.
I'm completely blown away by the amount of information here on HBT. Love to read and that's a good thing as there are literally years of reading ahead with all the information shared.
Truly an incredible group of gifted individuals. Thanks for all that you've shared.

Grateful,
Steve
