Greetings folks - been attempting to create homemade beverages for over three decades. I make and enjoy ciders. All my carboys and miscellaneous equipment had been lost in storage for six or so years and have recently resurrected everything and now gotten back to the hobby. Have enjoyed this forum over the years and appreciate the contributors and countless insights. Incidentally, I have never made a beer that wasn't thoroughly awful but can usually turn out a pleasant cider. Greetings! -
