Hi Everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm Ted and I am starting to brew beer at home (In Toronto, Canada).
My background is microbiology (I make vaccines for a living), so I'm good on the fermentation side, but the actual brewing of the wort is a challenge for me.
