Hello all, first post, just started brewing...

Question, I got a bunch of green Warsteiner bottles, can I use these to bottle?

Second, question, is there a db that lists all the bottles one can possibly use to bottle with?

Thank you...

As long as they're clean and not srew tops you can use them. Green bottles aren't the best because they don't block light as brown glass does and it can lead to skunky beer but if you don't leave them in direct light for long periods you'll be fine. Welcome to the hobby!

Yeah, green bottles are skunky-riffic. I'd use them only if you can't use brown ones--keep them out of the light as much as possible, and your beer should be fine.

I have had trouble getting warsteiner bottles to seal properly. It seems like I read somewhere that they are a slightly different size. Might want to check before you fill a bunch of them up with your own brew.
