Great service for DOA rhizome

I thought I would share my experience in ordering rhizomes from homebrewing.org (Adventures in Home brewing). I ordered a Cascade rhizome back in early May and planted it as directed, but nothing has happened. So, I sent them an email yesterday and they offered to send me two more free (I picked up $5 shipping) to ensure that I had at least one plant that came up. I really wasn't expecting anything when I sent them the email, but was very pleased with how they took care of me.
