I'm throwing together my own recipe for a nice fruity blonde ale. I am planning to add Peach, apricot, orange, and vanilla to it, to have a nice fruity and full flavor, a reasonable malt bill, and a low hop flavor. Having never made a blonde before, I am sorta running blindfolded here and can really only go off what research I have done. Can anyone recommend a good blonde recipe that I might be able to use as a general guideline? Any advice from someone who has experience in the subject of blondes is appreciated as well.

BierMunchers Centennial Blonde is a great base recipe. I'd definitely stick with that malt bill but I might mess with the hop schedule, subbing in Summer or Belma with more late additions.

As for adding those flavorings... I could see a peach/apricot or an orange/vanilla but not all 4 at once. Were you thinking of using actual fruit, extract or Torani syrup?

I've actually been thinking about using Summer, but had not heard much about them around, my debate was between that and Riwaka. That definitely gives the malt bill I'm looking for, and very similar to what I had set up so far, so that's encouraging. As for the fruit additions, I planned to use fresh fruit, lightly pulsed in a blender, then dropped in a grain bag and into the secondary Around a week remaining.

The Centennial Blonde is a good one.

I've recently brewed Brulosophy's Brest Blonde Ale, but I haven't tried it yet. WLP029 works well for a blonde, and might contribute some fruity flavors.
