There are these little granules floating around in a porter I made. They are not tiny bubbles I get those a lot and know what to look for with those. I had some chocolate in there for a stout before this but I rinsed and brushed that carboy till I thought the glass would wear away. I supposed it is possible some of the chocolate was left but if not what else could it be. This is the first time I had my grain cracked for me at the shop as my roller gears stripped. There was a lot of powder in the bag of grain could this be it? They are not growin in numbers so it's not colonizing I just don't want a gritty brew. The beer has been in there for almost 2 weeks now by the way.

I was looking at the contents of your secondary...man?! you brewed a batch of bleach water?! How radical?! I want to party with you dude! Can we brew a batch of anti-freeze ale next? Only the green stuff though. :drunk:

If your stout is in bottles give them a spin or two. The floaters should fall out overnight. :D
