Grains of paradise

I was wondering when grains of paradise can be utilized and what beer styles is it generally used for? Also how much should you use in general?

I used 2oz in a saison. It has a nice peppery like flavor. It seems to be used alot with belgians.

I have heard that it is used to add a "spice" flavor. Saison would be a good choice. I might try it in a Belgian Wit soon.
