SWMBO has said i can get a grain mill as long as she can use it to mill flour for bread.
Question : will a monster mill MM3 grind wheat so it is fine enough so it can be used as flour for bread?

IMO, a mill made to crack grain for brewing won't do a good job of milling grain for bread. Even IF it would be able to give you the flour she wants, you'll be adjusting the gap on it between your use and her's... IMO, NOT a good idea.

A better option woud be to get your grain crusher and her a four mill. If she already has a KitchenAde mixer, then just get her the flour mill attachment to use.

IMO, get it, grind your grain, attempt to grind flour for her, hopefully it will fail at flour, then say Sorry dear, guess its only for grinding grain.:rockin:
