I just got a sweet monster mill 3-pro and it's a beast. What I don't understand though is why doesn't it, and all grain mills for that matter, auromatically come with top and bottom plates that would align and properly space the rollers? It seems that such an engineering marvel would have teh problem solving brainpower behind it to provide something like that to ensure proper performance and longevity.
