Going to mount my (new)(first) grain mill on a cart and power it.
The (2) drawers will come out so I can fit a (5) gallon bucket inside - I'll make a door and re-mount the drawer fronts on the door just for looks. I figure I'll mount the mill on the main top and the motor on the drop-down shelf.

SO the question is I'm sourcing (scavenging) all the parts - motor and pulleys - from work but what kind of RPM am I looking at for the rollers?

I have the Cereal Killer and they recommend 200 RPM. Check the specs for yours or compare the diameter of your rollers if you're making it to a similar commercial mill and use that recommendation.
