Grad School in Southern Mississippi

Hello to all.

Not exactly my first post but I thought I'd post here anyway. I'm living in Ocean Springs, MS now (by way of Galveston, TX by Way of Bothell, WA). Are there any other home brewers from MS?

Also since moving here I have been loving Southern Pecan by Lazy Magnolia, if any of ya'll make it down (or over/ up) make sure you grab one.

Yes there are fellow homebrewers in MS. We have a HB club in the Jackson area, HomeBrewers Association of Middle Mississippi. Our website is hbamm.org. Please be aware of meba.org as you're now in bier hell and this is the organization trying to get state laws changed. A bill introduced didn't make it out of committee this year... we've a long way to go! Welcome to the state.

Hey there,

I know your post is 2 yrs. old but I came upon it when I searched for fellow homebrewers in Hattiesburg. A number of us meet every 2nd Sunday at Keg & Barrel for Hattiesburg Beer Club if you don't already attend.

What are you studying at USM? My girlfriend and I are also transplants here--originally from Nebraska and moved here from California.
