Hello, all. I am very new to brewing. I have been reading a lot and I would love to be good at this. First thing I need to know is how to put the kit together. lol. anyway its the complete William Moore Kit. are there any assembly instructions online? I cant find anything. Any help would be appreciated. :mug:

Where did you get the kit? I really don't think there is much assembly required. If you could post a link, maybe I could help.

Dude. That's a complete kit, I'm jealous; it's no wonder you were overwhelmed. Happy brewing.

Do yourself a favor and order a second fermentor now.

It won't do you any good having a second fermenter without more beer... You should order another kit too ;)

You have one good starter kit my friend. The valve on your brew kettle is going to make wort transfer a lot easier and you already have a wort chiller (the copper coil) so that is a big help. You have everything a starter should have and a whole lot more than I had my first two years.
