got a tap question

here's a hard one to find, and i'm still looking,. What i'm looking for is a old school tap that has the draft system of yrs gone by. No Co tank but the actual draft dispenser pulls the "nectar squoozin from the teet of the godess".
I've seen these is a small town pub when i was in scotland, but i can't find these here.
Help me find please, they're really cool, of i'll take any suggestions.

not sure what it's called, but it looks just like a regular tap but i pumps the beer out of the keg via the tap. really hard to find and if found they're shot to shat.

yup that's what i need, sorry about the confusion of last message but in the midst of a move. Many O pints get consumed during such hard work.
