Ok so hypothetically speaking, I was brewing 15 gallons of Gose on Sunday, and i MAY have had too much beer to remember to throw .5oz coriander in the fermenter before adding the wort....

now i MAY have three fermenters bubbling away sans that sweet sweet coriander i was hoping for in my Gose.....

So.... I plan to keg in two and a half weeks-ish and slap on spunding valves then let it sit for 3 months before serving, should i throw the coriander in then? or do i pull a Ninja move and pop that bubbler off and Emeril Live "Bam" that coriander in? or am i too little to late?

Any help is much appreciated:)

So I made a kettle-soured IPA a while back that calls for a little bit of coriander and I forgot to add it at the end of the boil. I tried making a tincture with coriander and it seemed to work well but right before I was going to add it to the kegged beer, I noticed some cloudiness starting to form in my tincture. I'm not sure if it was a bacterial infection or maybe signs of oxidation, but I decided to err on the side of caution and not use it. You could try something similar or perhaps boil coriander in water to create a coriander tea and use it to dose the rest. But yeah, it's not really a gose without some coriander in there.

Hmm! I love the tea idea! and then i can add it cup at a time to taste! I think ill aim for that and report back in two weeks at begging time:)
