Ok so hypothetically speaking, I was brewing 15 gallons of Gose on Sunday, and i MAY have had too much beer to remember to throw .5oz coriander in the fermenter before adding the wort....
now i MAY have three fermenters bubbling away sans that sweet sweet coriander i was hoping for in my Gose.....
So.... I plan to keg in two and a half weeks-ish and slap on spunding valves then let it sit for 3 months before serving, should i throw the coriander in then? or do i pull a Ninja move and pop that bubbler off and Emeril Live "Bam" that coriander in? or am i too little to late?
Any help is much appreciated
