Any one use Gorilla Glue to affix the collar to the freezer? With my first keezer, I used some sort of caulking glue. I’m making a new one, and the hardware store guy recommended Gorilla Glue, based on the project I described.

Gorilla Glue needs to be clamped pretty tight as it foams up. It will make a mess, so make sure to tape off around the collar for ease of cleanup.

I'd recommend using a decent grade outdoor caulk like Quad or Quad Max (available in most big box hardware stores). It'll be easier to apply, easier to clean up, and easier to remove if you want to down the road.

Don't use gorilla glue, it's permanent and way way overkill for attaching a collar. I'd recommend either silicone or a thick double-sided tape.
