Goose Island IPA clone

Found on hopville but its for an english IPA...
First attempt at this recipe later this afternoon.

2.5G batch
71 IBU
Sg 1.121 and Fg of 1.031
12.5lb Marris Otter


60 1oz Centenial
30 .5oz Cascade
15 1 Styrian Aurora
5 .5 Fuggles
1 .5 Cascade and .5 Fuggles
Wyeast 1098

7day Dry hop .5 cascade.

Now my questions are What temp to mash at and when do i dry hop?

I switched this to 5g batch and got Sg 1.071 and 48 IBU and 7.5 % ABV.
when I put it in at 2.5 i got 1.142 and 59 ibu with 15% abv!

I like a strong beer and all but I think im going the 5 Gallon route.
