I brewed up a Belgian Wit today, got it in the fermenter about an hour ago and just noticed my bowls of orange zest and coriander still sitting on the counter top. Oops. So here's the question. Is it worth trying to fix this by boiling up a little extract with the spices and adding that to the fermenter now? Or should I just hope it tastes interesting enough without? Anyone have any thoughts?

No need to boil them with the extract. Just boil them with some water for 5 or 10 minutes and add them in if you have room in the primary.
