The risk is not from the beer, but from the added pressure in the bottle caused by the secondary fermentation.

Huh? If it's not the beer that's fermenting...what is it?

Also, this is too funny:

We would recommend wearing protective eyewear and/or shrouding the bottle with a hand towel while un-capping. The beer itself fine.

Must say, it's stand-up of them to do refuunds on the honor system:

I have to say though, if you can get your hands on any of the Peche, I highly recommend you give it a try. Was at the Harpoon Brewery in Boston last week and got a draught sample and damn, was it good...
