Good morning all, I am greenhorn to home brewing. I have a been a fan of micro beers for long time and go out of my way to test taste many types and styles but never actually brewed my own. I cook as a hobby and someone suggested giving home brewing a try but never acted on it until my friend (Halister in the forums) made the plunge. I got the equipment and a easy brew kit and today is my first bottling day. Also like prior posters have stated, I am also a long time listener of the podcasts........... ya I know, your a long time listener to the podcasts but just now brewing...........

Welcome from a Wyoming County homebrewer... gone all grain. Usually get my stuff from Angottis in Batavia or Wolfes in Arcade. Fermenting currently, cream of three crops and a "jailhouse mead".
