Okay, I know this is one of those questions that depends on the brew being made but for those of you that are getting hops in bulk what are you keeping in the freezer that gets used the most?

I'm thinking about getting a pound or two and looking through my recipes from the past nothing jumps out at me as the go to hop.

So? what are you keeping that you buy in bulk?

Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, Chinook, Amarillo and EKG are the ones I use regularly...

I don't buy bulk hops, but I occasionally end up with a bunch of leftovers from previous batches in the freezer, which can be combined for an "odds and ends" brew.

Cascade, Centennial, Warrior, Willamette, Saaz

What is your favorite beer? I go with hops I can use across a couple of beer styles. I go with a high aa bittering hop, an aroma hop, an english hop, and a noble hop. If I really want some thing special later I have to buy from lhbs.

Cascade, willamette, saaz. There's a lot of styles you can make with these.
