I have about 3 batches through the chugger and I'm happy with it. I haven't used the march, so I can't compare directly. The chugger is quiet enough that I can't hear it over my burner, moves fluids at about the same rate as the march (I'm told), and isn't bad to prime as long as it's below the tuns/kettle. At this point, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if I needed it.
