Great forum here!
I started 3 weeks ago hehe, I brewed 3 batchs and built a Kegerator since.
At first I started to get info to buy the keg directly from the local brewery, but it seems that they inly sell 60L, witch is a bit much...
I like to change beer hehe.
So I brewed my first batch an IPA, extract kit From Brewer's Best.
Did not turn out like it was suposed but it still beer right? Right !!!:cross:
It took 60 hours to start fermenting... Wich is super long for a first batch!!!
A week after I did a kit from Best Case(Noble) a Candadian Ale.
This one went way smooter, at 10 days now and clearing very nicely.
And today brewed a Brewer's Best Irish Red, this brew went very nicely, other than I forgot the spiggot in the star-san, lost about a litre, and went it came time to check my OG it was a bit High, so I added 1.5L, wichwas way to much... O well Og 1.042.
I learned a lot from this place, thanks tp every contributer.
Here is my All made by me Kegerator.
