Hey everybody,
Not really sure what to say here so i will keep it short and sweet i am from rainy England. Only brewed dodgy cider before(intact i have a 5L demijohn sat in the kitchen with orange/apple cider..) but i grew up around my uncle who was known to be able to have a drinkable beer (Boddingtons clone) ready in a week. He is who really got me into this hobby saw him today actually (reason dont see him much is that he lives in sunny Tenerife) anyway rambled on too long so...
