Sierra Nevada's Celebration:
6 gallons water
Steep 1 lb Caramel 80L, 12 oz Caramel 40L. Pull at 170'
Stir in 8 lb Briess DME - Pilsen Light.
Bring the wort to a boil and hold for 30 min.
Put 1 oz Chinook into boil for 30 min.
Put 1 oz Centennial into boil for 30 min.
Put 2 oz Cascade into boil for 7 min.
Put 1.5 oz Centennial into boil for 7 min.
Cool wort and pitch Safale S-05 Ale yeast to the primary.
Let ferment until FG is 1.017.
Put 1.5 oz Centennial into fermenter for 7 days
Put 2 oz Cascade into fermenter for 7 days
