Well, it was a great brew weekend. Last Wednesday I made a 1/2 gallon starter. Friday I threw it in the fridge to precipitate out. Saturday I brewed nice Belgian Tripel and pitched the slurry form the starter. I immeadiately made a 1-qt starter. Sunday I awoke to a hard bubbling femrenter and a bubbling starter. I then brewed a Belgian Wit and pitched the whole starter from Saturday. Woke this morning to two furiously bubbling fermenters.
The best part is I have a Three Hearted Ale (American IPA) and Kolsch waiting to go as soon as the fermenters free up.
