My wife mistakenly bought me a large supple of Breiss Gold DME. I have been looking for good recipes to utilize this Dried Malt Extract. I have been away from homebrewing since the 1980's and don't have a good supply of extract recipes. I would appreciate any recipes that can be furnished to me. Thanks so much!
