Just finished lunch @ Het Elfde Gebod where they have hundreds of religious statuary thoughout. Its right across from a Cathedral.

Now, we're sipping lambics at an outdoor hall called de groote witte arend.

Sounds like you're having a great time. The name of the bar in Ghent that I was telling you about is Dulle Griet. If you want the house beer in the yard glass, you have to give them one of your shoes as a deposit.

Ghent is an amazingly cool city and is completely underrated. Went to a bizzare place called Velootje. You order beer and you just get what you get. The place is completely covered in junk. You can't even move. It would be condemned in most places.

Amsterdam today, then home.

I've got my pictures somewhat ready. I'm kind of debating whether to start a thread on each significant bar in the Pubs section. That'll be more useful for future refernce and it seems that we have some people that have been to some of these places.

I'll post a few here as well.

I'm also looking at flickr's mapping tool to provide locations, but it's kind of wonky.
