Glycol Chiller problem

Anyone have any experience with the Brewbuilt IceMaster Max 2 chiller?

I Can’t get either pump to turn on. The digital display in the front lets me change settings and chiller temps but then the display turns off. Pump won’t turn on no matter what temp I have it set to chill. The water reservoir cools down to the correct temp, it won’t pump it tho. Seems like something is wrong.

Im having the same problem but the actual chiller wont stop cooling the mixture. It just keeps dropping and dropping the temp
