Last year at the World Beer Cup, the Sans Gluten brewery in Montreal, Quebec sweep the GF field by winning Gold, Silver and Bronze. They were using dark roasted chestnut beer chips as an ingredient and flavoring adjuvant.

Congratulations Sans Gluten.
