I am done with primary fermentation and rest. I am currently cold crashing but forgot to switch out the orange top for a regular bung top. The orange top does not fit tight but works when fermenting. It is loose because it does not bubble during ferment stage but if I put a little pressure on it it will create a seal and bubble. Do I need to worry about oxygen ruining my beer because there is not a tight seal?

Yes. Well, depends on the style of beer but air, which contains oxygen, will get in. It probably won’t ruin it but it may not be as good as it could have been.

I changed it out this morning. It is a pale ale and I am still cold crashing for a few more days.
