Hello everyone! I've been working on this recipe, and I could use some help on fine tuning it.

I already got the Amoretti, so I'm just hoping the calculation will be right. If anyone has used them, I will take pointers.

13lb Maris Otter
2lb Victory Malt
2lb Chocolate Malt
2lb Flaked Oat
4.5oz Special B
1lb Lactose (I had this at 2lb, but I think that is too much)

1.5oz Magnum at 60min

4oz Cocoa nibs (during conditioning)
4.5ml Amoretti Gingerbread extract (during conditioning)
4oz Amoretti Artisan Flavoring toasted marshmallow (during conditioning)
