I made a quick extract batch and i came out great.

3gal batch

4lbs wheat dme
.5oz cascade 60min
.5oz cascade 10min
1oz liberty 5min
4 ginger green tea bags at FO for 20 min

pitched belle saison yeast at 72

og 1.058
fg 1.004
 
Did the tea come through well? I have used white tea in the past and had to use much more relatively. I wouldn't mind using tea again but, I want to be sure it comes through.
 
the tea came through nicely. its in the background and very refreshing
