Ginger Beer Dreams

Kia ora and greetings, all.

My husband wants to start brewing alcoholic ginger beer and this seems like a great website to get ideas and help. I'll mainly be doing the research as I'm far more patient with that side of things LOL.

I've already found a couple of great recipes on here for ginger beer, and I'll pass them onto hubby to check out. I want the process to be as simple as possible and many recipes on brewing sites seem to be rather convoluted.

That said, my son loves ginger beers, and the more ginger the better. This looks intriguing...

i cook one batch 20 lit 4 days ago 2-3 more then bootling using this recipe
but on cooking smell is just greaaat
