Having burnt my fingers [or throat] a few times, thought I'd better sus out successful brews and adapt my weird ones.

Thanks all. Can report my Golden [beetroot] Ale, ex concentrate version, is nearing bottling stage. Weird, though, virtually no visible fermentation. Constant temp of 24 deg C. Have tried a few sips through the tap, and tastes fine, though, so no contamination :)
Will update the forum in a couple of weeks.

I also brew from a land down under.

I'm looking forward to reading more experiences on this site.
We have very little manufacturing in Australia esp in regard to
brewing. Only God knows what we'll make in the future.
But you guys are still making good stuff.
