Brewers!

This isn't pretty but I though I would share for anybody else who is saving a dollar, but can't help there Home Brewing life style. Now this isn't pretty and my battery died so I didn't get to finish the last 6 holes, but it does the job.

Started with an idea of how many I could fit on this piece.

Then I got to work cutting holes. That was not as easy as I had hoped.

Progress!

And what I ended up with. I have a spare bathroom in the basement next to all my equipment. It works though.

Let me know what you think! Give it a shot. I have an idea for a better version. When I get around to making it, I will post that one as well.

If you're trying to maximize capacity I think a hexagonal layout (think honeycomb) would be a bit better, just a little more involved that a rectangular arrangement.

I will keep that in mind for the next one. This was a quick throw together to dry my 55 bottles for bottling this week. I have a good idea for another version that would be all self contained and I wouldn't have to use my bathtub. I don't want to spoil that idea yet.
