I have been using the regular MM-2Pro as my dedicated, GF mill. I need to replace my non-GF mill and happened to get my hands on the GFHB version. Is there actually any difference between the GFHB-MM-2Pro and the regular MM-2Pro?

I will gladly take my milling cabinet apart and install the new mill if there is a reason. If they are identical, I won't bother.
The only difference I can think of is the GFHB version might have SS rollers, which should not make a difference in performance and I may get more use out of that feature in my non-GF batches.

FYI: The gf mill has non heat treated rollers with flatter knurls made to work well with millet.

Should work better with small grains, but I am a little concerned about whole corn wearing down the softer rollers. More flaked corn and rice in my future.
