I combined the old practice of using cane sugar to dry out IPAs with sorghum, which is notorious for an overly sweet finish. None of the people trying this realized it was sorghum-based. Several people called it the best GF beer they'd tried. Probably the hoppiest one also.

3 lb sorghum extract (Brewcraft)
1.5 lb sucrose
8 oz malto dextrin

0.75 oz Columbus 11.4% @ 45
1 oz Progress @ 15
1 oz Mt. Hood @ 5

Sounds good, bro. I've been looking for a good GF recipe for a long time, and this is the one I have chosen. :mug:

I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks! :D
