Getting the same ginger flavor every time

I have been having issues with getting the same flavor out of my ginger ale. I switched from fresh ginger to Ginger people ginger juice, added ginger tea and the premushed ginger that you can get at the super market, but I still can't get consistency out of the favors. Any one have an idea
