Hey ya'll. I'm from Pennsylvania, and I started brewing out of Mr. Beer kits when I was a kid, with my dad. Recently, I picked the hobby back up and remembered how much fun this is!

I picked up some brewers best kits, and am loving it. I think I'm ready to take the plunge from liquid wheat malt to dry wheat, but having trouble finding any 'how-to' guides on processing dry wheat for brewing. Any suggestions are completely welcome! I'll probably start buying beermaking books this week, anyways, which I imagine will have that as part of their directions sets.

Not sure what dry wheat is, but I am going to assume you mean All Grain brewing using malts which is primarily barley, but may contain wheat and other grains as adjuncts.

If I am wrong, you may be interested in the grain malting process. If not and you wish to read about all grain brewing, I'd suggest John Palmer's "How to Brew" book as a starting point. You should already have some of the basics under your belt, but there is much more ahead.

Good luck.
