Ive been brewing for a few years off and on and figured it was about time to upgrade the setup, I had saved a little extra coil here and there for brew gear.
I went with the Kal clone setup, his site and these boards have been supremely helpful in the process !! Heres a few pics of the goods... waiting on a few more fittings and HERMS coil, I have to do a little reno work to the basement brewery and I will be good to go.

Looks great! I like how you have the panel 90* from how most of us set it up. Have you run any tests on the panel yet?

Thanks, the panel works great. Kettles are all wet tested and I auto tuned the HLT yesterday.
I wired it a lil different so I could use it on 120v also...I made another 4 prong plug with the neutral jumped to the other leg of the 240. This way I can still use my old kettles for small batches and sous vide.
