Been out of the beer making game for about 3 years and wanted to try it again as I have room for nicer setup. Made a post in the beginners forums with questions if anyone willing to help me out. Looking forward to learning a lot on here. Thanks

i just sent some malt off to someone in jacksonville!

Willing to help! but i'm not getting paid for it, they charge me, so don't be surprised if i try to have fun! ;) :mug:

Welcome!

Yes...welcome to the forum and back to homebrewing. Be careful with @bracconiere...he tries to hide his vast knowledge behind silliness and then blames it on beer. I only do that with my spouse and kids...and preferably not while driving.

no man, i cover up the fact that i've been brewing 10 gallon batches once a week for 16 years, and all i got show for it is a sub par 90 cent twelve pack! i know most people here want to win awards for flavor! lol.....

but i hear your house smells good recently! ;)

yeah, yeah, i know i'm milking it.....i'm just excited! and it's not completely off-topic! (your handle should make rogue_atom feel at home here! as long as my 'silliness' isn't too off putting...)

I was calling bologna on your 'sub par' twelve pack comment...haha. Not calling into question anything else! Haha
